Intercontinental Hotel (Located on the southwest corner of Kennedy Blvd. and Westshore Blvd.
Equitable/ Equitable Advisors is located in 2 Urban Centre Suite 800 (Tower 2). 8th floor.
If you are heading west on Kennedy Blvd. Go one block west of Westshore Blvd and turn left at the light on Occident (The Intercontinental Building occupies the block between Westshore Blvd and Occident. Just west of the building is Sports Authority. (If you pass Sports Authority you have gone too far) Westshore Mall is across the street (Kennedy).
Turn left on Occident and enter the Parking garage on the left side of the Intercontinental Building. Park on floors 2 or higher. Take the elevator to the lobby. There is an information desk beside the elevators for questions. Take the elevators in Tower 2 up to the 8th floor.
At the suite doors of Equitable there is a doorbell on the right with security cameras. Please ring the bell for entrance and to be announced.

If you are coming from Interstate 275 East. (From Pinellas County) Take the Kennedy exit off of I-275 (after crossing over the Howard Franklin Bridge). Turn right on Occident at the light. Sports Authority is on the corner.
